1. Validity

• This estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

2. Pricing & Procedure

• The cost is based on the number of grafts required and the selected technique (FUE/DHI).
• Final pricing may vary after clinical evaluation and surgeon assessment.

3. Inclusions

The package includes:

• Surgeon's fees
• Operation theatre (OT) charges
• Procedure-related consumables
• Dressing and post-procedure head wash
• Basic care during the procedure

4. Exclusions

The following are not included in the package:

• Post-operative medications after surgery
• Pre-procedure blood tests
• PRP / GFC or other add-on treatments
• GST (5%) as applicable

5. Payment Terms

• A booking amount is required to confirm the procedure date.
• The remaining amount must be paid before the procedure begins.
• Amount to be paid on the day of procedure.
• Payment mode: cash, card, credit card, or net banking.
• Booking amount is non-refundable.
• Booking amount: Rs. 10,000/-

6. Graft Estimate Disclaimer

• The mentioned graft count is an approximation.
• It may vary based on hair density, donor area condition, and the surgeon's intraoperative decision.
• Final graft count will be shared before and after the procedure.

7. Post-Operative Care

• Dressing and initial head wash are included.
• Follow-up support will be provided as per clinic policy.

8. Results Disclaimer

• Results vary from person to person.
• No specific outcome or density is guaranteed.

9. Medical Variation Clause

• The procedure plan may change depending on scalp condition, hair characteristics, and clinical findings.

Complete transparency will be maintained regarding:
